EXPERIENCE

Petra Reisch is a creative force redefining activewear and performance fashion. With over two decades of experience, she shapes iconic global brands and emerging labels alike, blending craft, storytelling, and design innovation.

She is known for spotting opportunity where others see convention - reimagining established brands creating new ones, and developing signature collections for athletes and innovative brands.

Her portfolio spans Nike, Oakley, ALO Yoga, Calvin Klein Performance, Champion, Spyder, and more. At ALO Yoga, she transformed studio wear into elevated contemporary fashion. At Oakley, she led global design, launched ICON and FACTORY PILOT collections, and created signature collections for Rory McIlroy. At Spyder, she redefined the brand’s aesthetic and launched the refined, high-end BLACK LABEL collection.

Knowing that every detail, from stitch to pocket and fit, shapes the essence of a garment, Petra approaches design hands-on and collaboratively.

Based in New York City, she partners with global brands and start-ups to shape the next generation of active and lifestyle design - where creativity meets strategy and vision drives results.
